Interim management is a profession which has become highly structured over the last few years. The profession has to face the multiplication of issues such as organisational change, evolution of the strategic scope, improvement of performance or handling a complex situation.
Launched in early 2013 by CAHRA (formerly H3O Transition Resources), in partnership with the Audencia Nantes Management School, the enrolment for an Interim Management course is very popular with top executives.
Proposed to students in the Audencia Montparnasse campus in Paris, the Interim Management course, which is conducted during 12 days over the course of 4 months, is taught by CAHRA experts and Audencia teachers. It aims to train senior executives in order to assist organisations throughout change, and successfully lead to progress. It is also aimed at professionals who have already carried out Interim Management missions.
This training programme trains these managers to adopt behavioural and managerial stances, by giving them other levers than the ones they had previously applied, to improve performance.
