Our interim managers act within the frame of missions. Their role is to transform the organisations entrusted to them within a limited time, with defined goals.

The aim of our profession being transformation through management, we intervene when two key factors are identified:

  • A need for resources within the organisation: a position is vacant, permanently or temporarily;
  • A context of transformation, transfers or termination, requiring the integration of a person capable of assisting teams during the transformation.

At the present time, we mostly work with Small and Medium-sized enterprises, Intermediate-sized enterprises and group subsidiaries. Our team of experts, all under permanent contracts, was set up in order to best meet the needs of this market.

At the present time, we mostly work with Small and Medium-sized enterprises, Intermediate-sized enterprises and group subsidiaries. Our team of experts, all under permanent contracts, was set up in order to best meet the needs of this market.

We carry out projects in the fields of industry, services and retail, and also in organisations, associations, public service delegations (DSP).

  • Industry: agri-food, plastics industry, wood, subcontracting, capital goods, and more generally all the manufacturing industries requiring management.
  • Services: personal services, transports, logistics, specialised distribution, call centres, IT services stations, public utility contracts management…

Our interim managers are very experienced, and have the necessary perspective about the relation to work, and the emotional stability required to take action efficiently in a transformation context. Their role is not to tell people what to do, but to set in motion those who need to do so.

They are true experts, with a toolbox, but more importantly with exceptional professional backgrounds, and strong people skills.

We highly value their capacity to be in the relationship rather than judging. Our recruiting processes look out for profiles with real abilities for active listening and observation, capable of truly understanding people and their specific contexts. Each company has its own culture, therefore their professional maturity and ability not to “copy-paste” make a real difference in the process of adapting to the cultural particularities of each company, and its transformation issues.

With this in mind, our interim managers do not take action in order to change the teams, but to set up successful change with the teams.
